Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 99jl ("99jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 99jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 99jl.app (the "Platform").

By creating a 99jl account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the 99jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines for online gaming in the Philippines. 99jl employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

99jl reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account on the 99jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you will be issued a 99jl account that is personal to you and non-transferable. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

Your specific responsibilities as a 99jl account holder include:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 99jl's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Keeping your registered email address, mobile number, and payment details current and accurate at all times.

99jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. Any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials are your sole responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 99jl supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 99jl account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 99jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 99jl reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where a deposit source cannot be verified.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account settings. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of KYC documents.
• Processing times for verified accounts are typically within minutes to a few hours, depending on the payment method. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• 99jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

Bonuses & Promotions

99jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 99jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

99jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 99jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. 99jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 99jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 99jl does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 99jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 99jl's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be removed from your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 99jl staff members through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 99jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond 99jl's control, including force majeure events.

In all cases, 99jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your 99jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with active bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have those bonuses forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Termination by 99jl: 99jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Any other circumstance where 99jl determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, 99jl reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Amendments to These Terms

99jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, an email to your registered email address, or a notification within your account dashboard.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 99jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 99jl's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.
